These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Decor Style Inspector (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Decor Style Inspector analyzes room photos and generates style reports and videos for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Service without an account, or create a free account to save reports, favorites, and Video Studio projects. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
You retain ownership of the room photos and other content you upload. You grant Decor Style Inspector a limited license to process your images solely to generate your style analysis, reports, and videos, and—where you choose to save—to store them in your account. You can delete your saved content at any time from your Favorites or Video Studio projects.
Style analyses, reports, and videos are produced by automated AI tools and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies or subjective judgments about decor style. We make no guarantee that any analysis reflects a definitive or professional design assessment, and you rely on the results at your own discretion.
To save content you may create a free account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading content that is illegal, harmful, infringing of third-party rights, or that contains personal information you do not have permission to share. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where we believe these Terms have been breached.
The Service, including its design, text, style guides, and curated Style Reports, is owned by Decor Style Inspector and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish our curated content without permission, except to share individual report links through the Service's sharing features.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decor Style Inspector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any AI-generated results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
